CG Lending provides financing for 1-4 family non-owner occupied residential properties, offers financing for 6 to 18 months. Loan amounts range from $50k to $2.0M. CG will lend up to 85% of the purchase price, and up to 75% of the After Repair Value. Interests is charged monthly during the term of the loan, with the principal due at maturity.
